South Africa

Coming in at number 7 is South Africa spending $10.34 dollars on 1GB of data which is 146.08 SA Rand. Despite the high rates of internet, the country has one of the highest online gambling rates in Africa and has considered banning the internet to reduce gambling in 2018.
