Born in 1958, native New Yorker Ursula M. Burns has been the CEO of Xerox since 2009. She is also the first Black American woman to head a Fortune 500 company. In 2014, Forbes rated her as the 22nd most powerful woman in the world. Her current salary is $18.7 million per year.
