4th Annual Miss Ghana USA 2014 Beauty Pageant

Redefining Beauty in the African Perspective

PRESS RELEASE

The 4th Annual Miss Ghana USA (MGUSA) 2014 Beauty Pageant is set to be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (405 W 55th Street, New York, NY 10019). Festivities will include a Red Carpet event from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm followed by the Pageant Competition at 8:30pm – 11:30 pm. The competition will be followed by a black tie after-party with Luxury Music provided by DJ Universe from Midnight until 4:00am.

Miss Ghana USA Vision Statement:  To be recognized as a world-class organization that consistently brings amazing women to the forefront and supports them as they work to achieve their individual goals in the context of their cultural roots.

Miss Ghana USA Mission Statement:  The Miss Ghana USA Beauty Pageant’s mission is to find and promote exceptional women with a strong interest in education, humanitarian issues and the Ghanaian culture.

The Miss Ghana USA Organization is pleased to bring to the public platform a group of highly educated women of Ghanaian decent who will showcase their culture, talent and explain their ambitions and personal goals. The winning contestant will engage in service activities in both Ghana and America that will be highlighted throughout her reign as Miss Ghana USA.

The following contestants are representing various regions of Ghana:

We invite everyone to come out and enjoy an exciting and beautiful evening of Ghanaian culture. The evening’s event will include surprise performances and entertainment.

Tickets will be available at the box office on the day of the event on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee.
