Piri-piri
This is by far the most famous Mozambican chilli sauce and marinade that is used to cook and used as a condiment on the table as well. The chilli used for the sauce itself is also called piri-piri.
The sauce is packed with authentic Mozambican chilli, garlic, onions and oil. Many families have their own twist to this sauce, and you may find at least two or three variations on the dining table.
