Since he became the first black president of the U.S, Barack Obama has become quite a household name in Africa.
In Kenya, he was even famous when he was a senator and a number of schools were named after him, including the Senator Obama Kogelo Secondary school in the town where his grandmother lives.
In Ghana, a hotel has been named after him.
