Family Matters (1989 – 1997)

Avidly the longest running black sitcom of the 90s, Family Matters brought laughter and fun to our homes. From the nerdy character ‘Urkel’ to more serious moments. There was always something on Family Matters for everyone.

This classic show touched on issues pertaining to police mistreatment of vibrant and young black men to civil rights history.
