INTRODUCING THE NEW AFRICAN IMAGE: F2FA PRINT MAGAZINE


Join Face2face Africa For the Launching of the New Globally Distributed Print Magazine: F2FA (Re-branding Africa, Globally)

New York, NY- Face2face Africa invites all to the grand launching of  F2FA Print Magazine, a globally distributed multi-niche magazine serving all professionals and global citizens with an interest in the many increasing opportunities and potential within Africa.

F2FA is a vibrant, high-end magazine that uses creativity and expertise to explore the facets of Politics, Development, Culture, Entertainment, Fashion, Lifestyle, and how Africans and global citizens are using these facets to affect change, progress, and development. With the goal of being the most convenient and accessible Africa focused magazine, F2FA will serve as a strong advocate of Africa’s potential in the 21st Century, while meeting the global community’s demand of a more positive and balanced representation of the continent.  F2FA will be available for digital and print subscriptions as well as in stores and online purchases.

The Grand Launching will be held in New York City on March 30, 2012 at Pranna Lounge. The red carpet event will feature some of the industry’s best, including prominent entertainers, influential leaders and friends who will all attend in solidarity to celebrate the birth of F2FA Magazine- a catalyst of change in Africa.

The historic first cover of F2FA will be unveiled at the launching. Face2face Africa will also announce and introduce for the first time the 2012 Fascinating Africans Committed to Excellence who will be honored at the FA.C.E. List Awards later on this year.

Sandra Appiah

Sandra Appiah is the Chief Operating Officer at Face2Face Africa. She graduated with honors (Summa Cum laude) from the Newhouse School of public communications (Syracuse University, NY) and spent a lot of time in the media industry working with companies such as the New York Times, HBO, and MTV. An avid believer in Africa with an interest in showcasing the glory of the continent, Ms. Appiah is also host of “The Sandra Appiah Show”, an inspirational talk show that chronicles the journeys of Africa’s movers & shakers. Sandra has been listed in Forbes 30 Under 30: Africa’s Best Young Entrepreneurs in 2013. With an incandescent passion matched only by her abundant ambition and prodigious talent, Ms. Appiah has been at the forefront of the mission for this generation of Africans to seize control of tools by which Africa's narrative is curated, crafted, and presented to the wider world.
