“I’ve been passionate about fashion and modeling for a long time. I knew there were challenges in the industry, but nothing good comes easy.

“I love what I do, and I know with hard work, we can all make it a well-recognized and respected profession,” the 25-year-old professional nurse explains in an interview.

Two years ago, she auditioned to be part of Project Walkway Ghana.  And since then, she’s been working her way up the ladder of greatness, with the likes of Nallem Clothing, Papa Oppong, Afua Biney, Zedi & Cross  Alikoto Clothing, and Wusuwa’s Dairy.

Frempong has also strutted her stuff on Project Walkway Ghana, Catwalk for Orphans, RIP The Runway, and Legon Fashion week.

On how she prepares for photo shoots, Frempong says, “Every shoot and client is different and unique, so I make sure I prepare adequately and have a fair idea of what the clients expect.

“I make sure I pack whatever I would need overnight and psych myself. I don’t always have that luxury, though.

“Sometimes I get calls out of the blue and I show up and deliver.”

Even with her experience, though, Frempong feels she still has a lot more to learn, “I’m nowhere near where I need to be. I have a lot of work to do. There’s so much to learn and accomplish. I aspire to be a fashion and social entrepreneur.”

Frempong is a student at Radford University College, studying Events and Hospitality. She is also the brain behind her fashion blog.
