Magun

The magun or Thunderbolt as it is called in the Yoruba language originated in Nigeria. It roughly translates to “do not climb.”

It is used to curb cheating, adultery and promiscuity.

The magun is activated by using a broom or cast on a thread; both of which the woman must walk over.

If a man cheats with or rapes a woman who has had magun performed on her he may experience convulsions, headaches, swelling of their genital area or strange behaviors such as crowing like a rooster.

The woman may experience boils on her thighs that spread to other parts of her body, increased sweating and chicken pox.

Some couples may be locked together until the spell is reversed.
