Poeme: Nous N’avons Pas Peur

Chers, dictateurs Africains: mais comment pouvez-vous nous laisser mourir ainsi? Nous, oui, nous n’avons pas peur de vous! De l’Angola en Algérie, du Benin au Burkina-Faso, du Burundi au Cameroun, de l’Ethiopie au Ghana, de la Côte d’Ivoire au Senegal, du Tchad au Mali et même la Mozambique, nous en avons assez, oui assez!

Nous dirons, de Luanda, au peuple Angolais de poser des questions sérieuses à José Eduardo dos Santos: comment dormez-vous chaque nuit? Pensez-vous contrairement à nous à propos de nos besoins?

Le président africain le plus riche de toute l’Afrique, qui s’occupe du monde mais pas des intérêts de ton peuple. Africains et Africaines, soyons fiers de nos efforts.

L’Érythrée n’appartient pas seulement à Issayas Afewerki. Pensons ici à nos frères et sœurs de là-bas qui ont besoin de nous. Depuis 1993, ils demeurent ainsi maltraités- mort à ta présidentielle. Son peuple souffre et il n’a accès a rien; nous n’avons pas peur de toi.

Que pensez-vous que nous sommes? Du Burundi en Tanzanie, nos voix ne servent à rien car Elles ont été supprimées au nom de rien. Ne sommes-nous pas Humains qui ont du sang et des émotions?

Mais quelle honte – on est maintenant étrangers!  Votre propre peuple quitte leur pays respectif afin de se réfugier chez autrui sans rien à manger. 

Cette France ou Angleterre de colons ne nous sert à rien – pour une autre page tournée: comptez-vous vous, réveillez-vous, maintenant? Cher président Ali Bongo, permettez-moi de ne pas vous vouvoyer car j’en ai assez de toi. Tu as sous tes pied les richesses du peuple gabonais. Ouvres tes yeux et utilisent les pour ton pays. Cette Libreville est de retour à l’esclavage.

Très cher présidents à juger- votre jour viendra. Savez-vous, chefs d’états, que vous allez mourir un jour? Le droit chemin est  toujours là à regagner. Nous, oui, nous n’avons pas peur de vous!

Oui, nous en avons assez: du Togo au Zimbabwe, de la Mauritanie au Congo, de l’Uganda au Cap-Vert, de là au Malawi, de l’Afrique du Sud en Tunisie, de la Guinée et partout en Afrique.

Christian Djimra Koumtog was born on April 7th, 1984 in the capital of the Republic of Chad called N'djamena. He is the 5th of 10 children on his Father's side and the first of five children on his Mother's side. Christian has dabbled with modeling and soccer, and he tried out professionally for the MLS for the Kansas City Sporting but now he is dedicated to Poetry. Christian's sense of activism is an everyday matter, from the way he carries himself to writing and promoting this beautiful art called "Poetry. As a Poet, he not only wants to convey what he feels but also express what you, the reader, feels.
