Some women in Jamaica are convinced that consuming sunflower seeds leads to a stronger hold during sex.  Vendors on the island are reportedly making a good amount of money selling the fruit of the sunflower.

Some herbs men and women are recommending that it be consumed with chia seeds for better results.

2. Vaginal Cones

A vaginal cone is a device that is offered with and without weights that are placed and held internally.

The idea is to increase the weight as the vagina gets stronger; it supposedly aids in strengthening your vaginal walls.

3. Gooseberry

Gooseberry or amla, Indian gooseberry is another method that some women use for tightening purposes.

Amla is also great for the hair and skin.

4. Aloe Vera

Not only is Aloe Vera a dietary aid and used to quell skin problems, it can help with saggy vaginal skin.

5. Witch Hazel

The bark of the tree on which witch hazel grows can be ground and made into a solution.

The mixture allegedly aids in tightening the vagina when used as a feminine wash once a week.

6. Black Cohosh

Actaea racemosa or black cohosh is a flowering plant.

It acts as a sedative and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Black cohosh also contains phytoestrogens which apparently help to make vaginal muscles stronger.

7. Curcuma Comosa

The curcuma comosa is a root that derives from the ginger family.

The root is used for treating postpartum uterine bleeding and uterine inflammation.

Curcuma comosa is also said to prevent the vaginal walls from shifting downwards.
