Leading travel guidebook publisher Lonely Planet has released its top 10 cities to visit in 2019 with two African destinations deservedly making the coveted and enviable list.
According to Lonely Planet, the shortlisted cities are “primed to capture travellers’ imaginations” in the coming year.
Placing seventh and tenth respectively, these two African destinations were ranked among the following cities: 1. Copenhagen, Denmark 2. Shēnzhèn, China 3. Novi Sad, Serbia 4. Miami, USA 5. Kathmandu, Nepal 6. Mexico City, Mexico 8. Seattle, USA 9. Zadar, Croatia.
