While the world continues to celebrate the first hip-hop billionaire, Shawn Carter who goes by the stage name Jay-Z, four black top-notch entertainers are in line to enroll themselves in his ranks, becoming the next hip-hop billionaires.

Last week, Forbes Magazine did reveal that Jay-Z who owns a $70 million stake in Uber, owns Tidal streaming service, a $70 million art collection, Roc Nation sports management company, plus $50 million in assorted real estate holdings and his music catalogue; is hip-hop’s first ever billionaire.

But as the king of hip-hop widely acclaimed for his philanthropic largess and support for budding talents enjoys the crown of hip-hop’s first billionaire, four contenders are pacing up to write their names as the next hip-hop billionaires.

And yes, they are all of African descent. Check them out below.
