#BringBackOurGirls, 200 Days & 219 Still Missing

Two weeks ago, a ceasefire was announced.

Then we were told there were negotiations to release our Chibok girls, and we let our hearts hope…just a little because we’ve been disappointed before.

Two weeks later, what we know is that despite the “ceasefire,” another faction of Boko Haram is intent on making its mark.

So there are more abductions, burnt towns, and slave-like conditions for those left behind.

And the stories from Bama are heart wrenching.

The numbers of the displaced NIGERIANS in NIGERIA keep rising.

And our girls are no closer to coming home today, October 31st than they were on May 31st or July 31st.

However, 200 days later, we WILL not stop.

Our rights to peaceful protests has been reaffirmed by the courts. We will not be intimidated or threatened.

When will we stop?

When our girls are back and alive!
