Eleven black women have been included in the second edition of the Badass 50 list by InStyle Magazine.
The list looks at the women all over the world who are making positive change in their communities. The magazine released the first list in August 2018, with Serena William gracing the cover.
In this second edition, the magazine said, “we decided there are just too many amazing women out there for one annual special alone. The women featured below consistently show up, speak up, and get the job done. Here, we honor these ladies for their badass contributions to science, social justice, law, politics, and many more industries.”
