Marsala Crowned as Hottest Color of 2015!

Hello, Beauties! I can’t believe it’s 2015! Face2Face Africa has lots of exciting things to bring to you this year! I’m excited to be your personal beauty consultant; together we will comb through the latest trends, beauty tools, make-up tricks, hair must-haves, and much, much, more!

Who can guess what color will be hot for 2015?

Pantone, the authority of color, has announced Marsala as this year’s color to rock, from clothes, make-up, and even furniture. This muted wine color is complimentary to several colors. When it comes to make-up, browns, grays, and blues are complimentary.

Sephora has partnered with Pantone to show us how to wear Marsala with makeup by creating a few very bold looks, such as the one below. This look may be too bold for an everyday look, but Sephora has done a great job in showing creative ways to have fun!

And the make-up artists at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2015 show agreed, useing Marsala on eyebrows and thinking outside the box.

Another great way to wear this wine red color is on your nails, of course!

Wine red is perfect for the cold season, and you can coordinate it to your lipstick as well.

Matching lips and tips is trendy once again.
