2019’s women’s month will officially go down as the best yet as great news keeps coming in every day. From untold and uncelebrated stories about women in history to women in modern times setting new records and breaking barriers, the month has proven the need for more inclusivity and room for women to take their seat at the table.

From Hollywood, makeup, fashion, music to featuring on top magazine covers, here are African women taking over the global entertainment scene.
