Muammar Gaddafi
The Libyan dictator was ousted from power in 2011 after people described him as being a dictator who supported many questionable causes and policies, and who held on to power for too long – over 40 years.
But others still adored him and argued that his leadership brought a lot of socio-economic reforms to the country.
Gaddafi, who was the only African leader to have a circle of female bodyguards, loved camel milk and drank it all the time, even though it caused painful digestion problems. He also enjoyed Italian food.
