Over 30 black celebrities have made Forbes list of 100 highest-paid entertainers around the globe for 2018.
The rankings of these front-of-the-camera stars, including actors, athletes and singers, were based on their pretax earnings from June 1, 2017, through June 1, 2018, before deducting fees for managers, lawyers and agents, Forbes has said.
In its 20th year, the rankings are also based on numbers from Nielsen, Pollstar, IMDB, SoundScan, NPD BookScan and ComScore, as well as, interviews with industry experts and many of the stars themselves.
