There are 24 billionaires in Africa as of March 2016. Some ride in the most-expensive cars and private jets, live in mansions, and send their children to the best schools in the world. Some were born with silver spoons in their mouths while others attained their status through hard work and extraordinary creativity and diligence.
And while their stories are worth reading, this is not enough. There are several life lessons we could all learn from them.
Interestingly enough, most of these billionaires make their money in Africa and some are even giving back by creating opportunities for fellow Africans. It was Albert Einstein who once said, “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.”
And while there are some worthy contenders to the following list, including Mike Adenuga of Nigeria and the Mansour family in Egypt; here, Face2Face Africa highlights the top 5 African billionaires who are creating jobs around the clock for Africans with unmatchable passion and doing well in business all over the world.
