Jeanine Mabuna Lioko Mudiayi is a Congolese lawyer and politician born on April 10, 1964. She made history on April 24, 2019, when she was elected as the first female Leader of the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of Congo. She first came into the National Assembly when she was elected in 2011 to represent Bumba in the Mongala Province and was re-elected in 2018. She was an executive of the Central Bank of Congo and the Director-General of the Industry Promotion Fund.
