Drake’s 5-year-old son Adonis designed cover for his album ‘For All The Dogs’

Rapper Drake has disclosed that the designer behind the cover art for his forthcoming album, “For All The Dogs”, is his five-year-old son, Adonis. The artwork, revealed by the Canadian artist, depicts a four-legged creature with distinctive features such as long ears and large red eyes. The animal’s body is filled in with what seems to be white chalk, contrasting against a black background.

“FOR ALL THE DOGS,” Drake wrote in an Instagram post, adding: “Cover by Adonis”. Drake often shares moments from Adonis’s life on social media, including Adonis watching his father’s live performance for the first time in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Adonis Graham, born to Drake and French artist Sophie Brussaux in 2017, often joins his father at basketball games and is bilingual, fluent in both French and English. Drake publicly acknowledged his fatherhood in 2018 on his album Scorpion, asserting “The kid is mine” and explaining that he wasn’t concealing his child but rather shielding him from public attention. Both Drake and Brussaux chose to share photos of Adonis when he turned two in March 2020.

Drake explained his initial decision to keep pictures of his son private, stating on Lil Wayne’s radio show, “Young Money Radio with Lil Wayne” on Apple Music, that he wanted to have the freedom to go places and create memories with his son without the intrusion of public attention, according to the Independent.

Drake expressed that he didn’t want his life choice to become a celebrity to affect his son’s life, so he chose not to share pictures initially. He wanted to break free from this expectation and allow his son to have a more normal life without the constant public scrutiny.
