Five ways to keep fit with household items during lockdown

COVID-19 has brought the world on its knees since it was declared a pandemic by the WHO. World leaders have stressed on safety precautions that will help mitigate the spread of the virus such as social distancing and self-isolation.

While people self-isolate in their respective homes with their families, their daily schedule have been hugely affected. For many, the gym was not only a place to release some stress, but to be physically fit.

Indeed, when gyms across the world were shut, people have found other ways to keep fit using basic tools or facilities in their homes. These are some creative ways you can still maintain perfect physical wellness under strict restrictions.
