Slated to take place in the burgeoning shopping district of the SoHo of New York, this special pop-up-shop series will showcase aspiring, emerging, and established designers and brands who look to integrate elements of African culture into fashion.
The feature designers for this shop will be Caven Etomi; a brand created out of a need to bridge a gap in the market for African inspired modern casual wear. Additional brands participating in the shop include Stephanie Atieno, Nyanga Creations, 84 Gem, Rue 114, Kain Fri’ NYC, Eldior Sodeck Designs, and many more!
Light refreshments, Cultural Music and Art displays will add to a nostalgic day known as the “I-CAF Shopping Experience.” Supporters of African fashion and local members of the community are welcome to come out from 9am to 5pm at 101 Wooster Street, NY, NY. For more information, or to participate at the pop-up shop, email info@icaf.org.
