For the first time in a very long time, New Year’s Eve celebrations will be different from what many are used to. There will not be any large gatherings in many cities. In the U.S., Times Square will not be open to the public, neither will there be parties in the parks to usher in the new year. Many are forced to celebrate on the couch and for the right reasons — to thwart the spread of the coronavirus and to keep us all safe.
It may not be such a bad idea to celebrate the incoming year on the couch with those living in your households or your family and friends virtually. The new strain of the novel coronavirus complicates issues for everyone, but we still have a lot to be thankful for regardless of how the year has been.
Health experts advise individuals to stay at home and that is no excuse to have boring New Year’s Eve celebrations. It’s time to create new memories and here are few creative ways to get started and enter 2021 in grand style if even it’s from a couch or behind a screen.
