The United States is experiencing an increase in the number of Black-owned businesses in the country, thanks to the renewed and sustained commitments and efforts to end the age-long color barriers and negative issues that affect the progress and success of the Black community in the country.
While more Black-owned businesses are expected to come on board, we look at some of the century-old and/or record-holding Black-owned businesses that still exist today.
