Meet the three historic beauty queens of America right now who are all black

Chelsie Kryst – Miss USA

She might be the newest queen on the block having been crowned on May 2, 2019, but among the three, Miss USA 2019 Chelsie Kryst is the oldest at 28.

A few days ago, the new queen who will be representing the U.S. in the 2019 Miss Universe competition took to YouTube to share a typical day in her life. The 2 minutes and 3 seconds video highlights very specific routines and shows how she transforms from a regular worker in the day to beauty queen after working hours.

Born on April 28 1991, Chelsie followed in her mom’s footsteps who competed and won the Miss North Carolina pageant when Chelsie was still a little child. A few years later saw Chelsie herself win several beauty pageants in her school such as the Miss Freshman at Northwestern High School and Miss Fort Mill High School and ultimately becoming Miss North Carolina.

But pageantry is not the only thing of interest to her. The beautiful Miss USA 2019 works as a civil litigation attorney and runs a blog on the side which helps women know what to wear to work. Chelsea holds a degree in Marketing and Human Resource, a degree as a Juris Doctor (the highest law degree in the United States) and a Masters in Business Administration.
