These Africans stars stormed international talent shows and got the world mesmerized

Before the premier of America’s Got Talent (AGTs) on June 21, 2006, there was American Idol. However, the AGTs, with its repertoire of fine judges such as Simon Cowell, Alicia Keys and Howie Mandel, stole and is still stealing the hearts of many globally.

By 2007, Britain’s Got Talent was off the ground and the spin-off has been replicated in many countries across the world. Today, the show is present in almost every part of the world, making it the biggest stage for the search and exports of talents.

In Africa so far, there is South Africa’s Got Talent, Namibia’s Got Talent and Nigeria’s Got Talent.

On the world stage, however, there have been quite a number of African representatives appearing, many of whom either wowed judges and the crowds or simply got the Golden Buzzers for their awesome performances.

Here is a list of some of these performances. Let’s begin with the amazing Ndlovu Youth Choir from South Africa.
