10 deadliest neighbourhoods in the U.S. where you need to be on guard

Memphis, Tennessee

A report by USA Today shows Memphis with a crime rate of 2,003 per 100,000 residents and 181 cases for homicide. In 2016, the violent crime rate in Memphis was higher than the national average of violent crime by 358. 5% according to CityRating.com.
