On a mission to fulfil their dreams and continue doing what they love most on a daily basis, Dos and Wamuyu Kariuki quit their jobs, sold off their belongings and said goodbye to their families to explore the world on their motorbikes.
The Kenyan couple, who met at a bikers’ event and have been inseparable since are both adrenaline junkies with unmatched pleasures for adventure.
Dos currently holds the Kenyan record for the smallest bike to do an adventure trip in Africa after his successful ride from Kenya to South Africa on his 180-cc bike in 2015.
Similarly, Wamuyu also holds the Kenyan record for the solo female long-distance rider after her successful ride to Tanzania through the Namanga border and returning to Kenya through Isebania border in 2017.
The couple, who started their enviable tour last year and are on a quest to visit all seven continents have been in 10 countries so far, reports the BBC.
