Gyakie

Jacqueline Acheampong ‘Gyakie’ is a Ghanaian R&B and afro-fusion singer. Gyakie, who was born into a family of musicians, came into the spotlight with the single ‘Love Is Pretty’ in February 2019 and a five-track EP ‘Seed’ in August 2020. Her song ‘Forever’ gained massive airplay in many African countries and gave her international recognition, and topped music charts such as Billboard’s Top Thriller Global and Shazam’s Top 200 Charts. In 2021 she signed an international records deal with RCA records UK and Sony Music and released her second EP, ‘My Diary’ in 2022, featuring Davido in one of the songs.
