Fik Fameica
Walukagga Shafik known by his stage name Fik Fameica is a Ugandan rapper. He dropped his debut song ‘Pistol’ in 2015 under the Black Man Town record label. He released more songs which earned him a recording contract with Kama Ivien Management. In 2017 he won several awards in Uganda and East Africa, including Uganda’s Most Popular Artist. In 2018 he won the Breakthrough Artist, Best in Hip-Hop, and Best Rap Song for his song ‘Kutama.’ In 2019 he collaborated with Nigerian superstar Patoranking for his hit song ‘Omu Bwati’ and went on to establish his record label ‘Fresh Gang Records,’ and signed other artists, DJs, managers, and dancers. His club hits ‘Batuwulira’ and ‘Byenyenya’ made him the most booked Ugandan musician in 2017.
