Besides being known for her angelic voice and exceptional stage craft, R&B songstress, Teyana Taylor, is also a ‘notorious’ fitness junkie.
With an enviable curvy body complemented with abs to die for, the K.T.S.E. singer always priorities her health, making sure she never skips gym day though she has a very busy schedule.
Speaking to The Cut about how she keeps fit and healthy, she said: “I have a dance fitness program called Fade2Fit, where we do live videos of us dancing. We combine dancing and exercise to make it fun and release pressure.”
She continued: “I do it every day, and I have to choreograph it every day. I haven’t had any complaints yet, so I’m happy about that.”
Surprisingly though, she neither lifts weights nor eats vegetables.
“If I lift up a weight, I automatically get super strong,” she said. “That’s why I get intimidated and stay away from the gym—I’m already naturally so strong that if I were to work out I would look like a bodybuilder.”
She also added she has her own struggles though it may seem otherwise.
“Sometimes I can even photograph a little bit harsh. Some people will be like, “Oh girl, stop!” But everybody has their own personal struggles, and when I want to gain weight, it’s hard,” she said.
