As President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe welcomes his first grandchild, the 92 year-old African leader attracts questions as to why his only daughter, Bona Mugabe, decided to fly out of the country to deliver her child in Asia when indeed she could have done so at any hospital in Zimbabwe.
