Mark Zuckerberg changed the software development game with the ever-so-popular social media application, Facebook.  What started as a way for college students to stay in constant contact with each other, little did he know it will turn into a venture that is now netting the entrepreneur $68.9 billion dollars.

The science, technology, engineering and mathematics field has been dominated by white men for time immemorial. Presently, black women are also making their mark in the STEM field by being innovative, determined and a force to be reckoned with.
