Poor sleep affects social interactions

Not sleeping well affects your emotions and makes you unable to interact socially. Research says your ability to recognize important social cues and process emotional information is negatively affected if you refuse to have enough sleep. One study concluded that people who had less sleep had a reduced ability to recognize expressions of anger and happiness.
