5 things you can do to make mom feel special this Mother’s Day

Visit your mum and spend time with her — Masterfile

Visit your mother

If you have to drive, board a public transport or plane just to make this visit, kindly do, as your mum may not have seen you for so long if you live apart. Before you do, contact your father, siblings or other relatives to make sure she will be at home when you arrive. Some mothers are already aware of this, so in order not to make it too obvious, tell her you wouldn’t be able to make it because you are caught up in business or work. Then show up. She will be more surprised. If you are still unable to make that surprise visit, give her a phone call. Wish her a happy Mother’s Day, ask her how she is doing and tell her how much you love her.
