There is also the social media war over who dances best. Right from the #Azonto Vs Alingo Twitter battle of 2013 where Ghanaians and Nigerians accused each other of copying the others dance style, the battle does not seem to be ending soon. This shouldn’t be an issue as various African countries have their own unique dances, with people perfecting what they are used to. For now, West Africans claim to have the best footwork while East Africans say they are able to shake their backside more than anyone else.
