Botswana

Less than 10% of the population in Botswana live below the poverty line. But much of the improvement in people’s lives have come for rural dwellers who have seen over 80% in poverty decrement in two decades.

The inequality that exists between urban and rural folk has not comprehensively slowed down. The country’s level is one of the highest in the world.
