The beloved host of This Morning, Alison Hammond, is making headlines by selling off her old size 26 clothes after a remarkable weight-loss journey. The 49-year-old host is auctioning off many of her garments and will donate all proceeds to the British Liver Trust.

Hammond took to her Instagram page and posted her transformation, modeling a chic lime jacket adorned with feather-trim details and a sophisticated silk black dress, according to Daily Mail.

The caption read: “Alison Hammond Has Cleared Out Her Wardrobe. 100% of the proceeds go to the British Liver Trust!”

Hammond, in honor of her late mother who succumbed to liver cancer, has teamed up with the popular vintage and pre-loved clothing website Reliked. Offering a diverse selection ranging from XXXL to XL sizes, her listings span from sporty attire to elegant velvet pumps.

Among the offerings are smaller sizes, like a $9 Koyyee hoodie and a $12 grey long-sleeve undershirt. The host is noted for her eclectic fashion taste but decided to sell off glamorous pieces like a $60 animal print faux fur maxi coat from Asos.

This charitable project comes on the heels of criticism Hammond faced from fans after enjoying a gifted $2,000 stay at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve in Kent over the weekend. The This Morning star sparked controversy by sharing her complimentary trip on Instagram alongside her new Russian boyfriend, David Putman, 26.

She also faced a flurry of backlash after posting a video summarizing her lavish stay at the charity wildlife park on Monday. She captioned her post: “What a lovely stay at @portlympnepark. A superb hotel and reserve! Staying at the Lyons lodge was a dream and truly unforgettable. Thanks for the invite and looking after me. #gifted”

Some fans vented their fury on her profile, labeling her “selfish” for accepting a complimentary trip instead of donating it to a family in greater need.

‘Such a shame it was gifted. The £1,6000 a night it costs to stay there would have helped the animals greatly,” a fan wrote, according to The Mirror.

“Show off. Typical gifted how selfish. Why not give to a family in need of a break?”

Hammond and her new partner, 6ft 10in model David, reportedly enjoyed a night together in one of the two luxury Lodges allowing visitors to stay with lions.
