Puerto Rican Coconut Kisses (Besitos de Coco)
Otherwise known as macaroons, these coconut bites are prevalent in Spanish speaking islands. All that’s needed to whip some up are flour, eggs, coconut extract, butter, and coconut flakes. You can also add nuts and drizzle with chocolate.
