Kimberle Williams Crenshaw
Crenshaw is not only a lawyer and a legal luminary. Based on her paper from 1989, she is thought to have introduced the sociological concept of intersectionality.
She is a professor at the UCLA and Columbia schools of law and often gives talks and interviews on race, politics and feminism.
