Candace Hill, 20

At 16, Candace Hill was literally the fastest girl in the world. She ran a 10.98 second 100m sprint, shattering the previous world record for the fastest youth in 2015. The mind-boggling running time she made also ushered her onto the list the 10 fastest people in the world.

In the same year, she helped score team USA gold at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Colombia.
