Immune boosting spices are also the easiest way to feed your body with antioxidants, vitamins that fortify your immune system. It is public knowledge that there is no cure for the novel coronavirus and it is up to us to stay healthy and boost our immune system so it can fight the virus in case one comes into contact with it unknowingly.

Many of us cook with many herbs and spices and others do not know how to incorporate these immune boosting spices into their meals. These spices are easy to come by, and there are so many creative ways to add them to your meals.

For instance, do not just add them to your stews, soups, and curries. Try adding a pinch of your preferred spice when preparing your tea, milk, smoothies, ice cream, bread, cookies, juice, crepes, you name it. It will amaze you how the flavors will change the taste of your meals for the better while adding the necessary vitamins and antioxidants to your bodies.

It is good to practice all the safety measures that health experts recommend that prevents you from contracting or spreading the virus, but it also essential to fortify your immune system with these spices that have no side effects unlike orthodox medications.

In addition, these spices help to detoxify the body and they ultimately fortify and prepare the body for a better immune response as it fights off infections like COVID-19.
