Drinking water as soon as you get up, before eating anything, is a good way to purify your internal system.  The benefits of drinking water are numerous. It causes one’s skin to glow, cures many illnesses, aids weight loss, purifies the colon, helps the kidneys and fuels your brain amongst others.

A glass of water first thing in the morning also energizes your muscles and allows you start the day with vigor. Aside these many therapeutic benefits, it leaves you feeling refreshed!
