“Shoot Immigrants in the leg”
A book by two Times journalists has revealed President Trump recently suggested shooting migrants in the leg to slow them down in the face of more extreme measures to tackle migration.
The journalists reported that Trump made these suggestions in March during a meeting where he also requested the whole border be closed. This is due to the President’s alleged frustration on the effect on his moves to stop illegal immigration and not yielding results.
The book: “Border Wars: Inside Trump’s Assault on Immigration” further stated he wanted a snake or alligator-infested moat which could deter migrants from coming close to the border.
