The CAF African Footballer of the Year and BBC African Footballer of the Year is currently one of the expensive African players. The 27-year-old’s move from AS Roma to Liverpool in 2017 was worth £36.9 million ($47 million). Reports say that since arriving from Roma in 2017, the African has scored 71 goals in 104 appearances, winning the Premier League Golden Boot in both seasons he has been at Anfield. He has also been one of the Reds’ key players as they won the Champions League last season and finished second in the Premier League.
