Here are the Black artistes with the most Grammy awards

Quincy Jones (28 Grammys)

In 1964, Quincy Jones won his first Grammy award, Best Instrumental Arrangement for his work on Count Basie’s version of the Ray Charles classic I can’t Stop Loving You. His most wins in one night was in 1991 when he won six awards, including album of the year for Back on the Block. Quincy has has a total of 80 Grammy nominations throughout his career.
