Exercise

Taking aerobic exercises, according to research is one of the effective ways of dealing with mild depression. Said to be as effective as antidepressants, these exercises can ease your symptoms of mild depression. If you would not want to go through any rigorous exercise, you could take a brisk walk around your home or neighbourhood. Do this for 35 minutes and for about five times a week to achieve the desired result.
