Ejaculation
Most studies conducted over the years have revealed that men who do not ejaculate more often are prone to prostate cancer than those who do. The 2016 results of a major study that tracked 32,000 men for 18 years found that men who did ejaculate the most (at least 21 times a month) had about a 20% lower chance of prostate cancer as compared with those who did it less (4 to 7 times a month). The study included ejaculation during sex, masturbation or wet dreams. Essentially, men are being advised to have more sex, or masturbate to lower their chances of having prostate cancer.
Note that too much of masturbation can also affect proper erection, especially among men above 30, other experts say.
